Jannis graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computer Science from Ruhr University Bochum in 2022. Since 2023, he has been employed full-time at the IKIM, focusing on training models with nnUNet to annotate various parts of CT scans. His primary role involves contributing to the improvement of the Body and Organ Analysis (BOA) by leveraging these models. His efforts extend to extracting medical data using FHIR to support radiologists in their research endeavors. Jannis is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance medical imaging analysis, with a particular focus on improving the accuracy and efficiency of CT scan interpretation through deep learning techniques.
