Gordon has been working at the University Hospital Essen since 2013, with experience in the areas of clinical trials, tumor documentation, and medical controlling. He joined the SHIP team as project manager of the Annotation Lab Essen in October 2021, initially establishing processes for appointing medical students and accompanying their onboarding. Moreover, Gordon supports coordinating and allocating medical students to various projects. Meanwhile, he is mainly responsible for the recruitment of new medical students.
