Ahmad Idrissi-Yaghir has been a doctoral student in the DFG graduate school WisPerMed since July 2021 and studied computer science at the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences. As part of his research, he is primarily concerned with the implementation and evaluation of machine learning and deep learning approaches for natural language processing and information retrieval. He also examines how these methods can be used to improve the process of updating clinical practice guidelines by automatically recommending current and relevant literature.
